Before I begin, I would just like to say how, at first, I looked at this picture and assumed it would be a droll macro.
This, in fact, is one of the greatest pieces of photographic manipulation I have ever seen. Not only have you used a crisp sharpness around the petals, you obviously understand that it requires signification, as presented in the leaves below the flower itself.
In terms of colouring, the reflecting purple that seems to drip effortlessly provides a much deeper concept, as well as the basic grey and green.
In all, the image is one to be certainly proud of, and the only suggestion I can think of is to continue taking fantastic pictures such as this one, and to continue this absolutely brilliant style of manipulation. VERY well done!
