I always like it when I see a photograph, not only with a good layered projection, but one that does it so well. I think in this type of picture, it's all about angles. Though I would have shot it slightly closer to the ground, it is fantastic!
The tower, dominating the backdrop works perfectly with the reflection in the water; but the picture doesn't have gaps, which most pictures do. You've filled the mid-ground with palm trees and cars, as well as the road, which again just gives a sense of, not foreboding as much as, adventure. Very Very Very well done!
